1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in wholesale and retail business of electronic computer operation products with the trade name of “B”.

The participants in this tender shall be informed that all the responsibilities arising from the failure to be familiar with shall be available to the bidders for inspection and deliberation of the public notices, various regulations, specifications, etc. which form the following tender documentation:
