A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 9, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Ulsan District Court to six years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on August 13, 2018.
The Defendant, “2020 Man-Ma406,” who does not have a certain occupation, committed a traffic accident with some of the click parts of the vehicle driven on the pedestrian in order to raise living expenses, etc., and tried to acquire money by deceiving the medical expenses, etc. from the driver or insurance company.
1. From August 6, 2019 to February 27, 2020, the Defendant and the Defendant attempted to commit fraud and attempted fraud discovered the EFcar car that was driven by the victim D while driving in the north-gu Seoul Middle School located in the north-gu B at Port on August 6, 2019, and found the traffic accident by the victim D's negligence after intentionally facing the victim's right-hand part of the car at the right-hand part. Accordingly, the defendant deceiving 10 victims to receive property by deceiving 10 victims, and had attempted to receive property by deceiving 2 victims, but did not achieve that intention.
2. On August 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) finds out the KWz’s car in front of the IB bath located in H on a racing on or around August 6, 2019; and (b) finds the KWz’s car driven by J, which he was driving at the same time, and (c) sets its right-hand part into the right-hand part of the car.
