Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on July 26, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 8, 2013. The Defendant was willing to receive medical expenses from the driver of the vehicle after he intentionally faced with a traffic accident in the vehicle that is passing by the driver.
1. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the volume of E-Ba car driven by the victim D (the age of 42) on the alley road in Ansan-si, Ansan-si on May 11, 2013; (b) intentionally causes a traffic accident, such as, on the left-hand side of the vehicle, in which the victim d (the age of 42), intentionally causes a traffic accident; and (c) intentionally appeals against the lower victim by false means, and (d) received KRW 30,000 from the victim for medical treatment.
2. Attempted fraud;
A. At around 11:30 on May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the volume of the HP car in front of the Masan-si, the victim G (40 years of age) drive; (b) intentionally caused a traffic accident, such as, on the right side side of the vehicle, the victim faced with the right side of the vehicle; and (c) intentionally complained against the lower victim by falsity; and (d) accused the Defendant of a false statement of the pass of the part of the arms on the part of the vehicle; and (e) “The sale would be 30,000 won of the AF medical expenses, and the purchase would be 30,000 won of the AF medical expenses by receiving 30,000 won from the victim for the medical expenses, but the victim refused to comply with the victim’s “I am a son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”
B. On May 11, 2013, around 17:55, the Defendant caused a traffic accident, such as: (a) discovered any Lice-type vehicle driven by the victim K (year 57) in front of the Nogna club located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) intentionally causes a traffic accident, such as intentionally facing the left-hand side of the vehicle with the left-hand side of the vehicle.
