Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fines, they shall be prohibited.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants reported a false daily work as if they worked in D (State) operated by Defendant B, who did not work in the company, and conspired to receive unemployment benefits.

Accordingly, Defendant A received an application for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits and received recognition of eligibility for benefits, to the effect that Defendant A retired from his/her job at the Guri Employment Center located in Guri-si on December 28, 2015, to the effect that “D(state) to work and retired from his/her job until November 30, 2015.”

However, the facts were that Defendant A did not work for daily use in D (state) as above, and only reported daily employment to Defendant A for the purpose of dealing with the personnel expenses of Defendant B.

Defendant

A After recognition of eligibility for benefits as above, the indictment of the government branch office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Jung-gu District Office on January 11, 2016 is stated as "the Gangwon-gu branch office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Jung-gu" but it appears to be a clerical error in the entry of the application for unemployment recognition, and thus, it shall be corrected as above.

An application for unemployment benefits was made to the Victim Employment Insurance Corporation and issued KRW 3,615,820 in total on four occasions, including KRW 3,400 on January 12, 2016, KRW 1,406, KRW 160 on February 16, 2016, KRW 1,124,920 on March 15, 2016, KRW 763,340 on April 5, 2016, and KRW 3,615,820 on the pretext of unemployment benefits.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive goods and received unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means at the same time.
