A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Based on facts acknowledged by the pleadings and records of this case, the facts charged were partially revised to the extent that the defendant's right of defense is not infringed.

The Defendant, as a student of the new school graduate school and a pre-school student, was the first victim F (n, 27 years of age) who was flicker of D’s missionary missionary activity as the Seoul Metropolitan Council on January 2015, along with D with D’s Mandoo-ri through the “Cluri-ri Association,” which was the first day by the Defendant.

around August 2016, the members of the Labor Council leased the second floor and the first underground floor of the building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and used the second floor as female accommodation (hereinafter “L female accommodation”) and the first underground floor as the J office (hereinafter “L office”). The Defendant resided in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government MN (hereinafter “MN”), and moved in the L office, etc.

The victims, D et al. continued to live jointly in L Women's Accommodation and Offices until March 2017.

The defendant, as a member of the J, controls the religious life of the members on a daily basis, and in particular, the victim has been under the control of all the life of the victim by participating not only in attitudes or religious activities within the accommodation but also in vocational activities, revenues, expenditures, etc., and the victim has failed to comply with the defendant's instructions or to comply with his/her instructions.
