Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, in a “D” restaurant operated by the victim C located in Busan District, Busan District; and (b) did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value even if he drinks and drinks from the victim; (c) was ordered to act as if he would normally pay the price to the victim; and (d) was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 13,000,000, total amount of the price for alcoholic beverages and liquors, etc. by the victim.
