A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On March 30, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and food to the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he did not have any means of payment, such as cash, credit card, etc., in the water, and acquired it by fraud after receiving an order for alcohol and food from the victim at the time of the victim’s 3 soldiers and 18,000 won in total at the market price.

B. On April 27, 2015, at around 20:10, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and food to the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he did not have any means of payment, such as cash, credit card, etc., during the water, and acquired it by deceptioning 20,000 won in total from the victim, after receiving an order for alcohol and food from the victim.

C. At around 15:00 on April 30, 2015, the Defendant ordered alcohol and food to the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he did not have any means of payment, such as cash, credit card, etc., in the water, and acquired it by deceptioning the victim after receiving the 15:00 won of the total market price from the victim.

On May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on May 10, 2015, on the private distance of the fire station located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., as the Defendant was unable to pay the price even if using a taxi because there was no cash or credit card, etc. under water; and (b) on the part of the victim L, the Defendant got the victim into MM taxi operated by the victim L, and had the victim operate the taxi to the front of the Taecheon-dong, U.S., U.S., U.S. located in
