1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on January 29, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff indicated the claim shall register the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff with respect to the instant motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet with the Defendant, and the Defendant entered into a title trust agreement (hereinafter “instant title trust agreement”). As to the instant motor vehicle, the Plaintiff completed the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff terminates the title trust agreement of this case to the defendant through the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case. Accordingly, since the title trust agreement of this case has been lawfully terminated, the defendant is obligated to take over from the plaintiff the procedure to apply for registration of transfer of ownership for the termination of the title trust agreement of this case, on the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the
