1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant sought to use tap water at the same place as Paragraph 1, around 19:30 on February 8, 2013, the Defendant collected ice water from the victim D, who did not use tap water, and then destroyed it by putting up a net (30cm in total length, 1kg in weight) which is a dangerous object in the area, and then putting up two copies of the glass windows of the above office owned by the victim D, thereby damaging it in excess of KRW 70,000.
2. Around 22:00 on February 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a G 3 tons under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.121% at a distance of about 5km from the front side of the sloping-si, Gyeongsan-si to the front side of the sloping-si, Hasan-si, G3 tons under the influence of alcohol.
3. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) was at the F box located in Hasan-si E on February 22, 2013; (b) around July 2012, the Defendant driven the vehicle specified in paragraph (2) in order to have the police box francing himself/herself for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties and to comply with the influence of alcohol; (c) found the vehicle as the above police box in front of the entrance and stopped the vehicle immediately before the entrance; and (d) Ha and Ha, a police officer on duty, who is a slope and an assistant I.
