A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2016, at around 00:02, the Defendant: (a) opened the above office entrance with the opening of the office door on the ground that the victim C had not repaid the loan to the office; (b) however, the victim did not open the office door; (c) opened one glass window of the above office door and one glass window installed on the office wall with ELP gas (LPG) at that place; and (d) destroyed the victim’s ESM (SM) 520 car front of the office, parked in the front of the office, with the victim’s front of the office, with the front glass window of the ESM (SM) 520 car located in the front of the office.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim C's own glass and the car at issue to the non-repair cost.
