Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2019, at around 04:11, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled automobile at about 125 cc from the front side of the “C” to the front side of the D apartment, in a state of 0.162% alcohol concentration, in a state of being drunk, and at about 500 meters from the front side of the D apartment.
