Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2015, at around 15:37, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B-man’s car from approximately 500 meters away from the front day of the C-Won in the C-Won-si, Osan to the front day of the water resources.
