On December 23, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven a car from approximately 150 meters away from the Do in front of the Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front road of the White-ro 22-ro 8, 150 meters ago without a car driver's license.
