Around 16:00 on November 4, 2013, the Defendant, without a motorcycle driver's license, driven the above Orala, and proceeded with approximately KRW 1 km on the road located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the road located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
