A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 2, 3, and 4 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant committed an act of aiding and abetting the purchase of phiphones with C, such as driving a vehicle, knowing that C would purchase phiphones, and driving the vehicle to the place where the Incheon is located, when C purchases psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “philophones”).

On March 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:10 on March 13, 2015, operated a vehicle with C carrying the vehicle on the vehicle; (b) was at the convenience store near the E located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu; and (c) C was at least 400,000 won as the price for the phiphone, and 0.8g of the phiphone, which was contained in the phiphone for a single-use injection.

B. On March 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on March 26, 2015, operated a vehicle with C carrying the vehicle on the vehicle; (b) was in the vicinity of the “F” convenience store located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu; and (c) around 400,000 won to G as the price for the opon; and (d) was 0.8gg of the opon which was contained in the opon injection machine.

C. On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on March 31, 2015, 2015, driven the vehicle into the vehicle with C being loaded on the vehicle; (b) was in the vicinity of “F” convenience stores near the Incheon Bupyeong-gu D; (c) the C gave G a volume of KRW 400,000 as the price for the opon, and 0.8gg of the opon which was contained in the opon injection machine.

Accordingly, the Defendant aided and aided C’s purchase of philophones by facilitating them.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. A. On February 15, 2015, the Defendant, who administered phiphones, was in the hands-on operation of the Suchipon at the time of the new wall on February 15, 2015.
