A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 7 or 8 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on January 28, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 6, 2014.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. A. Around 18:00 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant, who is a medicine of a psychotropic spirit, administered meopopon in a way that the Defendant injecteds approximately 0.05g of phiopon, which is contained in a one-time injection machine, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu C building 203, into the Defendant’s meopon injection using a one-time injection device.

2) On May 18, 2016, the Defendant, at around 18:00, injected approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine in the Defendant’s residence, and administered them by means of injection with the Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device.

3) On May 27, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:00, injected approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence, and administered them by means of injection with the Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device.

B. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant accepted approximately 0.05 g of philophones, which were contained in D in a one-time injection machine, from the Defendant’s residence, around May 27, 2016.

On May 27, 2016, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.8g of philophones containing USD 400, which was requested by the Defendant E at the above residence of the Defendant at his own time, to D.

(d)

At around 13:00 on May 31, 2016, the Defendant possessed a phiphone by inserting 6.38g of phiphones under the Defendant’s residence part of the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant of marijuana smokes at around 18:00 on May 27, 2016 at the Defendant’s residence.
