Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2016, at around 00:28, the Defendant driven a B-learning vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.170% in a section of approximately 100 meters from the road in front of the place where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the Standing District, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the end of the same regular course of business.
