A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju, and on July 31, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million by the same court due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on June 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court as on June 2, 2016.
