Defendant

A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on October 18, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on August 18, 2014. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on January 7, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 29, 2014, and the Defendants are not treated as narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 26, 2015, around 15:00, the Defendant received approximately KRW 100,000 from a person who was unable to know his/her name at a place where he/she is unknown at the Seongbuk-gu Seoul E location (hereinafter “F”), and approximately 0.07 grams of the Mepter (hereinafter “Melopon”) who is a local mental medicine.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

B) On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 5, 2015, received approximately KRW 100,000 from a person who was unable to know the above name in the H station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) approximately 0.07 ghonphones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2) On March 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around March 26, 2015, purchased from Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu I about 0.07 grams of the philoon purchased from a person who is not his/her name; (b) received KRW 100,000 from C with the price paid.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

B) On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 5, 2015, purchased approximately 0.07 gramphones from the person in an influence on the front of the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J road; (b) received KRW 100,000 from C.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

3) On October 18, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.35 g opons from B within a car parked on the main roads of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for five passenger cars.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

4) The Defendant is in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City M around September 5, 2015.
