Punishment of the crime

[Attachment, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 19, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on February 15, 2015.

1. Receipt, trading, or medication of philophones;

A. On May 16, 2016, on the road near the F Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant received a request from G to sell the Metepoper (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and received approximately 0.5g gramlopon contained in a vinyl, and approximately 0.07 gramlopon contained in a single-use injection instrument.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

B. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) instructed G to receive KRW 500,000 in cash from G and sell phiphones; (b) sent approximately 0.3 grams of philoopon to the owner of the relevant set; and (c) the J sought the phiopon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with G to sell philophones.

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 800,000,000,000 in total, including KRW 500,000 from J to the Agricultural Cooperative account under G’s name, and (b) concealed approximately 0.2g of opphones under the guest room lease located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, according to G’s instruction, the Defendant concealed approximately 202g of opphones under the direction of G.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with G to sell philophones.

On May 27, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 grams in the first floor toilets in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and injected them into his arms in a disposable melting machine by dilutioning approximately 0.07 grams into water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

2. A defendant who violates the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc. on May 20, 2016, at the defendant's house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan N around 14:50, the blade length is 15 centimeters.
