A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The seized evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 10, and 12 through 14 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Daegu Prison on December 8, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

3. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the H building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around August 10, 2015, 40 grams of philopon and marithic flopon; and (b) on August 10, 2015, 4 million won was paid later.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold philophones and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine.

4. On August 11, 2015, the Defendant, at the mutual influence room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul around the new wall on August 11, 2015, dysium dysium dysium, among marijuana purchased as described in paragraph 3, dysium dysium and dysium dysium.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

5. On August 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of August 2015, 00: (a) approximately KRW 0,00,00,00,00,00,00 from the Defendant’s dwelling in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Incheon apartment.
