Defendant
A performs the work of supplying dental materials, such as edible materials, with the trade name of “H,” from Y in Y, and Defendant B had been engaged in the past dental technician manufacturing process of dental appliances. Defendant C is in charge of medicine supply business against the national clinic-level medical institutions in the Republic of Korea, when it aims at manufacturing and selling medicines.
1. No person, other than a dental doctor, who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (non-medical practitioners), shall engage in dental treatment as his/her business for profit;
A.
