1. A sales contract concluded on September 30, 2014 between the Defendants and D with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Presumed factual basis
A. The Plaintiff is a special corporation established for the purpose of taking charge of the industry-academic cooperation affairs of the Auniversity located in Osan-si, and D served as a professor of the A University Industrial Design Department from around 2008.
B. The Plaintiff was selected as an institution to conduct research and development projects provided by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Science, Industry and Energy in relation to each research task listed below (the table) and was paid the amount indicated in the “research and development cost” column from each agency indicated below.
D as a person responsible for each task described in the “name of business” from around 2010 to 2014, received a total of KRW 49,950,000 from the Plaintiff among the research and development expenses.

D, by means of filing a false application for payment of personnel expenses after registering a person who did not have participated in the actual research from November 12, 2010 to March 3, 2014 as a researcher, D, the amount of KRW 4,800,000 paid to the Plaintiff by A University and the research and development expenses paid by the Korea Research Foundation to the Plaintiff.
