1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a professor affiliated with B University C engineering department. 2) The president of the B University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (hereinafter “the president of the B-university”) concluded an agreement on the standard research and development of D (hereinafter “instant project”) among the basic research projects of the said Foundation between the president of the Korea Research Foundation and the president of the said Foundation on the total research and development period (hereinafter “instant project”); “840,000,000 won for the total agreement research and development expenses; “840,000 won for the research and development expenses”; and “Plaintiff” for the manager of the research and development project (hereinafter “E”) with the term “the research and development project in question”); around June 2013; around May 2014; and around May 5, 2015.

(3) Under the instant Research and Development Convention, the president of an industry-academic cooperation foundation has received KRW 280,00,000 in the first year (from June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014) and the second year (from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015) 280,000, and the third year (from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2015) (from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016) 280,000, in total,00, 840,000 in the annual research and development report of the instant research and development project, and the Plaintiff has received the results of the final evaluation of the research and development report of the instant case from the date of the research and development project to the Defendant (the results of the final evaluation of the research and development plan of KRW 15,200,000).
