Punishment of the crime

[Fact-finding] Defendant A is the representative director of Company I (hereinafter “I”) from July 2005 to January 201, 2005, Defendant B served as the head of I Research Institute from July 2005 to January 201, 2012. Defendant C is employed as the head of the management support division in I around August 2009, and is in charge of I’s fund execution as a management support director from March 2010.

I, around January 209, pursuant to Article 11 of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, pursuant to the Ministry of Knowledge Economy (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy), pursuant to the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, the project name is "J", "I", "I", "K", "The development period is from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 201", "540,90,000,000,000,000 won", and "the Government contributions in the second year are 540,90,000,000,000,000 won", and submitted a plan for the promotion of knowledge and economy technology innovation to the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Industrial Technology Evaluation Institute"), and submitted it to the President of the Korea Industrial Technology Promotion Institute for the performance of the above research project (hereinafter referred to as "the project of this case") for a separate purpose from the project funds of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy during the period of 10th, 2009.

Accordingly, on June 30, 2009, I deposited KRW 540,900,000,000,000 from the victim's plenary session in the first year's account in the name of the Industrial Bank of Korea (L) which is the government contribution management account, and on May 31, 2010.
