A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from D and E to pay gold bars without filing an export declaration from D and E to Korea or from Korea to Japan in return for transporting them from Korea, the Defendant: (a) imported gold bars from China to Korea by inserting them into a port in which metal detection is difficult and passing through a security search stand; (b) imported gold bars from China to Japan; and (c) imported gold bars from Korea to Japan.
1. The name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office when he/she intends to export, import or return the sealed imported goods;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around August 26, 2015, entered the Incheon Airport by using the MaU267 letter of Chinese air from the East China to the Incheon Airport, and concealed five gold bars of 200gs in total from 47,179,000 won at the market price of 47,179,000 won to her port (a total of 1kg) and sealed it into the port. From around that time to September 19, 2015, the Defendant transported the total of 30 gs in total nine times from around 1 to 19, 2015, including the list No. 1 to 10 gs in [Attachment List No. 1 to 10 gs in [Attachment List No. 10 g] from around 1, 2015 to July 13, 2016, and transported the total of 30 gs and 70 gs in total by using the same method.
Accordingly, the Defendant imported gold in collusion with D, E, and C without reporting by the customs collector.
2. The name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office when he/she intends to export, import or return the goods smuggling.
Nevertheless, on June 29, 2016, the Defendant departed from the Incheon Airport to the Do of Japan by taking advantage of Jeju aviation 7C1102 letter, and the mother’s market price was 54,010,000 won (total 1kg) per 200g unit c’s market price.
