A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two months.

1,320,495,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Customs Act at the Incheon District Court on November 24, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2018.

In order to avoid detection of a security screening large metal detection machine, the Defendant: (a) imported the gold 200g-unit gold tamps into China, and (b) imported the gold tamps from China to China, and (c) imported the gold tamps from China to China from Korea to Japan without filing an export declaration from Korea to Japan; and (b) intended to export the gold tamps from Korea to Japan.

1. The name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office when he/she intends to export, import or return the sealed imported goods;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from July 9, 2015 to November 30, 2016, imported a total of 27 occasions of market price of KRW 1,267,541,00 in total by means of the same 27 km in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form of crimes, when entering the 1st floor of Incheon Airport under the title of the Incheon Airport SC4617 letter, which started from the Cheongdo of China and arrived at the Incheon Airport, and received a transport request from D, in the same way as the market price of KRW 46,970,00 in the unit of KRW 200 (a total of 1kg) of the market price of KRW 46,970,00.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D, etc. and imported gold bullion without filing a report thereon with the customs collector.

2. The name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office when he/she intends to export, import or return the goods smuggling.

Nevertheless, on February 24, 2016, the Defendant, using the air KS705 letter to the Incheon Airport, has concealed five 2,954,000 unit balls (a total of 1 kg) of the market price of 52,954,000 won, which was requested to transport from D, and exported it in the territory of the port.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D, etc.
