A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is between the following actors in the society of B, and B and C is between middle and high school-friendly, and is a person who has operated a motor vehicle sales company with the trade name of "D" from around October 2013 to March 2014.

A is now operating a trading company of friendship-gu and used cars from B.

In order to purchase and dispose of used cars with a loan from the capital company, it is expected that it will take the loan from the capital company in the name of the width, purchase the used cars with the loan from the capital company, and set up a mortgage on the capital company, I would like to take over the vehicle and pay for it.

1. On October 8, 2013, Defendant A purchased a G G-type car from the NAF Capital Co., Ltd. on the 1,650,000 won of the principal of the loan, the loan period of 36 months, the loan interest rate of 19.5% per annum, and the overdue interest rate of 29% per annum. On October 22, 2013, Defendant A concluded a mortgage on the said car as a collateral for the above loan.

A, as discussed above, did not operate a car on the front day of October 2013, and had C take over it. C, around October 2013, left a car on the H I factory located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and left the car on the front day of October 2013 and neglected to identify its location.

2. On January 2014, Defendant A, as the foregoing, conspiredd with Defendant A with respect to a car-related crime, purchased M 7 car through the Plaintiff and the principal of the loan, KRW 21.9 million, the loan period of KRW 36 months, the loan interest rate of KRW 20.9%, the loan interest rate of overdue interest rate of 20.9%.
