Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs a sectional fishery business (No. 1 of the Political Business Permit for Fixed Partitioned in 2009) and a political net fishery business (No. 1 of the Political Business Permit for Fixed Partitioned in 2009) and is engaged in fishing business using Gangwon-gun's Gosung-gun B(16 tons).
