Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.106% among blood transfusion around 06:00, operated B vehicles at approximately 4 km from the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan Government to the front floor of the Simpung-dong, Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan Government to the Simpung-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
