Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2016, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven B-ho-do in the state of alcohol with approximately 400 meters alcohol concentration of blood 0.097% from the 400-meter section to the road front of the remote road located in the same Dong and Dong of the same Gu.
