Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.072% during blood transfusions on March 22:27, 2016, and was driving a B motor vehicle with approximately 400 meters from the Gu of Geum-gu, Busan to the front of the same solar mine industry.
