1. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant altered official document: (a) deleted the Defendant’s name and resident registration number indicated in the name column and resident registration number column of the head of C/C resident registration certificate issued in his/her name; (b) deleted the Defendant’s name and resident registration number indicated in the name column of C/C; and (c) stated “D” and “E” in the name column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant modified the certificate of application for issuance of the resident registration certificate under the name of C head of Dong.

2. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased chip chip for a mobile phone from the direct management store located in the Geum-dong, Geum-si, Pak-si; and (b) presented the written confirmation of the application for issuance of the altered resident registration certificate to an employee who was unaware of such alteration, as if he were a official document prepared in a genuine manner.

3. On October 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 15:10, the Defendant: (b) stored the victim’s possession of goods in the aggregate amounting to KRW 8,150 won in the market price, such as the two bottles and three cups, which were displayed in the store by making use of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) stolen them.
