A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and was released on December 24, 2009 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period expired on February 18, 2010.

On March 15, 201, the Defendant forged a public document by printing the name “C” and the resident registration number D” of the Defendant’s “C” to a computer network in the name column and the resident registration number column of the Defendant’s “written confirmation of the application for the issuance of the resident registration certificate” without authority for the purpose of using a mobile phone in another person’s name at the Defendant’s house No. B 402, Silung-si, Y, which is a public document, and then forging a copy of the written confirmation of the application for the issuance of the resident registration certificate.

2. Counterfeiting of forged official documents;

A. At around 13:00 on March 15, 201, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged official document “certificate of application for the issuance of resident registration certificates” to open a mobile phone in the name of H handphone agency operated by G in F at Silung City, as prescribed by paragraph (1) to open a mobile phone.

B. At around 10:30 on March 16, 201, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) above, presented a forged official document, “a certificate of application for the issuance of resident registration certificates,” as prescribed in paragraph (1), to open a cell phone in addition to a mobile phone in C’s name.

C. At around 16:30 on March 17, 201, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged official document, as set forth in paragraph (1), to open a mobile phone in the name of KG shopping mall 103, which is operated by the J in Silung City I; (b) presented the certificate to apply for the issuance of resident registration certificates.

At around 18:00 on March 17, 201, the Defendant: (a) presented the certificate to apply for the issuance of resident registration certificates, which is a forged official document, as in paragraph (1), to open a mobile phone in the name of C, at the O Handphone agency operated by N located in No. 112 of the MM building at Silung-si.
