A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, “2018 Highest 258,” is a person who is engaged in driving a sports cargo vehicle B.

On April 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.182% in blood, and proceeded directly from the terminal to C in front of the terminal that is granted three-lane to the center of the assigned military, while driving the vehicle in the influence of alcohol content of 0.182%.

At the time, the location was an intersection with no signal apparatus, and the victim D was driving the E-si and was in a direct way from the Gun office where he was granted the E-si to sexual king. Therefore, the defendant entering the intersection where the width is narrow on a narrow road had a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by yielding the course to the victim's above vehicle that entered the intersection.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive normally due to influence of alcohol and due to the negligence of entering the above intersection as is, and thereby, received the front part of the left side of the said victim’s vehicle from the Defendant’s front side of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. On January 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for an indecent act in the Daejeon District Court’s support on January 17, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 25th day of the same month.
