The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged of this case is as follows: (a) at around 17:35 on July 18, 2020, when there is another vehicle that the defendant wants to enter the intersection with the width of a wide range of roads when driving at the 3rd of the D kindergarten which is located in C by driving the B Lone Star (hereinafter referred to as “FL125”), the defendant did not discover the victim G (the remaining, 68 years of age) who entered the intersection and driving the 3rd of the D kindergarten at the 2nd of the D kindergarten, and did not prosecute the victim in accordance with Article 2 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), and the defendant could not prosecute the victim in accordance with Article 2 of the Criminal Procedure Act, and the defendant could not prosecute the victim in accordance with Article 2 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”).
