Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle QM5 vehicle.

On July 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.197% of blood alcohol level around 21:00, and driven the two-lane road in front of the treatment sewage treatment plant at the time from the right angle to the right angle of treatment in accordance with one lane from the right angle of treatment.
