A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

3. 업무방해 피고인은 2015. 2. 21. 19:00경부터 19:37경까지 이천시 D에 있는 피해자 E이 운영하는 ‘F 여관’ 3층 복도에서, 피해자가 방세를 내지 않는 피고인을 쫓아냈다는 이유로 술에 취하여 화가 나 객실 문을 발로 차며 “씹할 놈들아! 안 나와 문짝 다 부숴버린다.”라고 큰소리를 지르고, 이를 말리는 피해자에게 “씹할 년아! 다른 사람들은 돈 안내고도 사는데 왜 나만 내쫓냐”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하는 등 소란을 피워 위력으로 피해자의 여관 운영업무를 방해하였다.

4.
