A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the legal spouse of the victim B (here, 21 years of age).

1. Around 07:00 on September 1, 2019, the Defendant abused the victim on the victim’s hand at his/her hand when he/she met the other male who had taken part in the victim’s residence of the Defendant of the Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government C building D, but the victim respondeded to “I ambi” as “I ambi”. However, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the part of his/her hand when I ambiated the victim’s buck.

2. At around 07:20 on August 16, 2020, the injured Defendant reported that the victim was seated on another man’s bucks in the “F (Gu G) car page located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the victim’s head kne by hand, knee in the victim’s face kne, cut off the victim’s face and body knee, cut off the victim’s face, cut off the victim’s cell phone toward the victim’s face, cut off the victim’s face, and cut off the victim’s face.
