The defendant is wholly innocent.

1. The facts charged C, D, and E around 07:50 on June 24, 2012, on the ground that the Defendant, who was seated in the front table, was able to take a bath to D while drinking alcohol at G main points located in Y in Y in Yasan City, C was able to take a bath to D under the influence of alcohol, and then C was able to take a part of the Defendant’s back once, and D was able to take a face by her hand, and D was able to take a bath to the Defendant’s head, and E was able to take a bath back to the Defendant’s bridge due to an outbreak.

As above, the Defendant committed violence against the victims by putting their head debt of the Victim C (year 26), breaking their head debt of the victim D (Taking 20 years of age), breaking their head debt of the victim D, making the face of the victim E (year 19 years of age) several times in hand, making the victim E (year 19 years of age) one hand, and making the face face of the victim E (year 19 years of age) one hand.

2. Determination

가. 폭행 사실 부인 주장 피고인은 피해자 C이 던진 의자에 손을 맞았고 그 후 C이 발로 피고인의 배를 1회 찼을 뿐 피해자 C의 머리채를 붙잡지 않았고, 피해자 D의 머리채를 붙잡았으나 손으로 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리지 않았으며, 피해자 E의 목 부위를 손톱으로 할퀴거나 얼굴 부위를 때리지는 않았다고 주장한다.

In contrast, there are statements in C, D, E's investigative agencies and this court as evidence that seems to correspond to the above facts charged.

(1) However, C made a statement that “I would like to confirm whether I would like to go to women or not,” and that “C would go to A after the death of her own interest,” and “C would go to go to A” (Form 38 of the Investigation Records), and it was confirmed whether C, who was aware of the Defendant’s desire to go to her will and was collected to her will, was simply fit to her will.

Each of the above statements that he/she or he/she did so is not consistent with the common sense.
