Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 300,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a family owner, and Defendant B is a family owner of Vietnam's nationality.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On August 1, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) jointly with the husband E, and when around 22:50 on August 1, 2012, the Defendant was in the residence of the victim B (the female, 29 years old) located in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, 102, the Defendant considered that the Defendant was unable to have the wind with the husband E, and the victim was able to talk with the victim, but the victim attempted to talk with the victim, but the victim did not talk with the victim. However, the Defendant was in contact with the victim by opening a door from the e-mail where the victim was in a parallel where he was in a usual key.

B. At around 22:50 on August 1, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim, who was found inside the said victim’s residence, with the sound called “as soon as possible,” and collected soil in the flower, thereby raising the victim.

C. On August 4, 2012, around 07:30 on August 4, 2012, the injured Defendant: (a) had difficulty with the husband E of the Defendant before the said victim’s residence; (b) had sknished the victim’s head debt with her husband E; (c) had sknished the victim’s head debt with knee; and (d) had sknished the victim with 3 to 4 times headed with kne, and had tensiond the victim, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant B’s above 1-C around August 4, 2012, around 07:30, around the Defendant’s residence.

In the same way as the victim A (n, 44 years of age) and the victim's ship was pushed back, and the victim's hair was pushed down on the floor to inflict an injury on the victim, such as the old-satis of the number of days of treatment.
