1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,140,755 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from January 24, 2015 to January 5, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 24, 2015, the Plaintiff received the instant treatment from the Defendant (hereinafter “instant treatment”).

3. Scope of damages.
