Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) conspired with the victims to acquire money from the victims in sequence; (b) conspired with the victims, and (c) conspired with the public prosecutor, investigator, and other investigative agencies; and (d) made a fraudulent use of the victim’s name, which led to the withdrawal of cash during the investigation; and (b) delivered it to the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service; (c) deceiving victims by means of confirmation; and (d) the Defendants, upon the presentation of forged documents under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, sent the victims to the Financial Supervisory Commission; and (c) took the part in the Defendants’ receipt of cash from the victims; and (d) transferred the remaining amount of damage to the account designated by the non-person designated by the Financial Services Commission.
1. On May 8, 2018, Defendant B’s fraud, uttering of forged official document, and Defendant A’s name in aiding and abetting fraud is an investigator of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office (Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office) who called the victim E at a non-fluence place.
The false statement was made that the name of the party was stolen, and all deposits in the party account were withdrawn and delivered to the Financial Supervisory Service employee. After the inspection was completed, the money will be returned.
However, a person who is not a true person was not a prosecutory investigator, and was thought to acquire money from a victim.

On May 8, 2018, around 18:30, the Plaintiff presented forged documents under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission before the departure station of the subway station No. 7 in the subway station No. 2018, May 8, 2018, and was issued a envelope containing KRW 9,681,527 from the injured person, who was able to act as an employee of
