Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the defendants are above three years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they handled the narcotics as follows:

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On November 15, 2017, the Defendants discovered an irregular website where marijuana was sold while utilizing the Internet in the EPC room located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and conspired to smoke by purchasing marijuana at the said website.

Accordingly, Defendant B was used by Defendant A.

At F’s modern card, Defendant A issued an order for marijuana and paid KRW 293,219,00 by using the said modern card. From November 20, 2017, around 16:46, around 3.27 g (including guns) and approximately 2.09 g (2.09 g) of marijuana, Defendant A sent to the Incheon Central-gu Incheon International Airport through G of the United States.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to import marijuana.

B. On November 1, 2017, the Defendants: (a) smoked marijuana in a way that, in the Defendant B’s car parked near the subway I station located in the Busan East-gu around the early 22:00 Busan East-gu, by inserting the marith load in the capsule, inserting the marith in the marith of marijuana (which is equivalent to the one-time smoking amount); (b) turning the marith in the capsule; and (c) turning the marith in the smoke by entering the smoke of the electronic tobacco.

2) On December 19, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendants smoke marijuana in a way that, within Defendant B’s passenger car parked near the entrance of the J apartment in the Geum-gu, Busan, in a way of inserting the mari volume of the mari-day smoke (per minute) into the mari-day caps, turning the mari-day smoke in the mari-gu, the mari-gu, the mari-gu, and the smoke of the electronic tobacco.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

2. Defendant B’s sole crime committed on November 201, 2017, and around 22:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that smokes from the smoke of the electronic cigarette containing the e-mail fat (which is equivalent to the one-time smoking portion) around the main point of “L” located in the Nam-gu Busan, Nam-gu, Busan.
