A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant inserted marijuana mileage at his home located in New York, New York, into the inhaled machine, and smoked marijuana in such a way as to take the smokes generated by heating the hemp error.

2. On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant injected the hemp mileage into the inhaled machine at the same place as that of paragraph 1, and smoked the hemp by inserting it into the inhaled machine, and then turning it into the smoke generated by heating the hemp machine.

3. Around December 2018, at the same place as Paragraph 1, the Defendant inserted marijuana mileage into the inhaled machine, and smoked marijuana in such a way as to take the smokes generated by heating the marijuana strings into the inhaled machine.

4. On December 19, 2018, at the same place as Paragraph 1, the Defendant inserted marijuana mileage into the inhaled machine, and smoked marijuana in such a way as to take the smokes generated by heating the hemp error into the inhaled machine.

5. At around 14:00 on December 23, 2018, at the supply port of JFK located in the New York of the United States, the Defendant deposited three points of hemp cart storage in a white paper and a travel bag, and was on board C aircraft on December 24, 2018, and entered Korea through a second international passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport located at the Incheon Jung-gu Airport as an airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, Incheon, at around 16:25.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in the United States.
