Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 4, 2013, around 03:40 on August 4, 2013, the Defendant assaulted E and F on the front side of the “Dju shop” located in the Gunsan City, and received a report, and accompanied by the police officer called the “Dju” to the H police box located in G in the Gunsan City.
