Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. 2. 피고인 B 피고인은 위 제1항과 같은 날 01:38경 위 C아파트에서 술에 취해 잠을 자던 중 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관인 군산경찰서 소속 경위 H, D이 잠을 깨우자 위 경찰관들에게 “야 씹할 놈아, 개새끼야, 후라덜 놈아, 개자식아, 죽여버린다”라고 욕설을 하고, 위 경찰관이 이를 말리자 손바닥으로 위 H의 목 부위를 1회 때리고, 주먹으로 위 D의 가슴을 1회 때리고 재차 오른발로 D의 허벅지를 1회 걷어찼다.
