Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government District B District without a crypt type; (b) and (c) took three of the aforementioned restaurant operators C, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting the victim with the slope D belonging to the said district group, “If he/she is simped, simped, simped, simped, simped, and ring.”
