Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2017, at around 17:40 on April 20, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash 460,000, identification card, credit card, etc., which were located on the floor by taking advantage of the gaps of the victim’s surveillance in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
