Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 449"

1. On November 29, 2018, around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) followed the personal belongings No. 1C-1044, which was not corrected by the victim D, using the gaps in surveillance in the first floor of the first science museum of the C University, located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance around the surrounding area; (b) and (c) caused a theft by a downcoming one of the ages 1,200, the market price of which was 67,200 won.

2. From around 13:00 on October 18, 2018 to around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant thefted the F University G 1 floor “H” located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, with a white flaps equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 at the market price posted to charge the victim I.

3. From around 10:15 on November 27, 2018 to 12:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim M in the machinery engineering of the third floor of K University LU in Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, by placing the victim M in the right box at the market price of 1,400,000 won; and (b) opened a door door and cut off without lockedly using the gap.

4. On November 28, 2018, the Defendant, on the first floor of K University L, located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, stolen wallets containing KRW 100,000,00 in cash owned by the victim N, resident registration certificates, credit cards, etc. by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance over the surrounding area on the first floor of K University L, located in Seongdong-gu Seoul.

"2019 Highest 3122"

1. On June 9, 2019, around 05:08, the Defendant: (a) at the student conference room of the P University management university located in Gwangju Northern-gu P University, Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant: (b) laid away the wall on the table so that Q would have a telephone conversation; and (c) took advantage of the gap in the victim’s seat, taking advantage of the gap in which Q Q would put the wall on the table; and (d) took away the above wall, which contains KRW 200,000 in cash owned by the victim.

2. On June 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around the first floor of the English English department of the pertinent POS college, using the gap in which the victim R was laid to the student conference room and laid down the Samsung OEN equivalent to KRW 1.6 million in the market value; and (b) using the gap in which the victim’s R was laid to the student conference room, brought the above Samsung OEN owned by the victim.
